Best AI Content Workflow for Bloggers In 2023
The below method is related to my case study Workflow for accurate AI Content creation combined with methods proven for ranking on Google or other search engines:
Step 1: Do Keyword Research
a) Easy and Fast Method
For beginners, you can use this easy keyword research method:
Search your topic keyword using Ahrefs – Free Keyword Generator and validate the keyword based on the Keyword Difficulty (KD) score.

Select any equal or less than 7 score result of KD (Keyword Density), which means this keyword is easy to rank on the web and make sure to prioritize the keywords or topics with of higher volume of search results or balance the lowest Keyword Density (KD) and Search Volume based on the tool.

You can also use their specific tool, Keyword Difficulty Checker, to check the keyword difficulty but what I like about using the Free Keyword Generator tool is it provides you with the search volume metrics. Either way, it should be helpful. It just depends on what metrics or information you need.

b) KGR Method by WordsAtScale
You may also use another approach for better results, such as the KGR method, laid out for us easily by Wordsatscale on his blog at https://wordsatscale.com/free-keyword-golden-ratio-calculator.
c) Manual Keyword Research by Mauwiks
For the higher potential of ranking, I personally use the manual way of keyword research using google search suggestions in combination with generating common related questions or informational keywords based on the topic, and manually checking the keyword’s difficulty or competition, finding opportunities from the SERPs.
If I feel lazy, I use Keyword Chef to find keywords for my content or article topic.

Here’s my workflow for keyword research:
- Find a Low Competition topic keyword on Google Search suggestions related to the ideal content you want to write about based on your seed keyword. Another thing, make sure to use a VPN to get the search results based on your target audience or location.
Alternatively, you can also use Keyword Chef for getting keywords, but the tool is limited to Global search results. Just do take note of that. - Next, validate the topic keyword opportunities based on Ahrefs – Website “Authority” Checker result or using Mozbar Extension DA. If there are equal or less than 25 scores based on Ahrefs or 35 scores on MozBar, that means I can write about it because other small sites are ranking for the keyword.
- Gather related keywords based on the competitors on google SERPs and other data that can be discussed in the content.
- Add more related keywords based on informational or question-based search intent using ChaptGPT or whatever tool or method, actually. You can also use your brain for this or your common sense. Just answer the question, “what is the information I want to be answered about this topic?”
- Organize those keywords as an Outline for the content.
- For all questions from SERPs that are not directly related to the topic (but closely related), add them as Frequently Asked Questions before the Conclusion of the content or article.
I will create an in-depth video about this method and publish it on Youtube, and probably the result on my case study channel @m-projects soon.
Step 2: Generate an Outline for Your Content
I use ChatGPT combined with the keywords I get from my keyword research method to generate an outline for my content.
For more information, please refer to the Keyword Research section above and the article format that I have explained in my other article entitled “How to Write and Rank Articles Written with AI“.
Step 3: Use Perplexity to Generate Your Content
Perplexity website is an AI tool that pulls up references from the web and aims to provide accuracy in every result you ask from the AI search prompt.
To use the tool, ask with your outline (or headings and sub-headings), then copy the “View Detailed” result to your Notepad (or any text editor you are already using); you can also use Google Docs, then complete your draft article.
Step 4: Rewrite Your Content Using ChatGPT
Once you’re done, rewrite each paragraph of content using ChatGPT, such as prompting the tool:
Please re-write the following content with a native English tone of language and make sure it’s readable for the general audience:
“your content here”
Step 5: Check and Fix AI Detected Content
After ChatGPT has provided a result, check the content if it is not detected as AI or FAKE Content using this website KazanSEO or any other AI Content detector.
But before you get started, let me answer the most popular questions related to AI, and I know you would want to know this:
Does AI Content Rank In Google?
Definitely, it does rank. Because Google doesn’t care as of now how you’re content is made, as long as it is helpful to readers and is human-based quality.
You can learn more about google’s statements below:
Google Search’s guidance about AI-generated content:
We are rewarding high-quality content, however, it is produced…

In the recent Google Search’s guidance about AI-generated content, Google mentioned/highlighted these points:
- The focus is on the quality of content, rather than how it is produced.
- Automation including AI-generated content is not against Google’s guidelines as long as it’s not used to manipulate search rankings, which is a violation of the spam policies.
- If AI is used to generate spam content, Google has systems like SpamBrain to identify it.

Does Google Penalize AI Content?
The answer is, No (at least for now). As per their Twitter post and the official statement based on “Google Search’s guidance about AI-generated content” which was posted on their Google Search Central Blog:
The focus is on the quality of content, rather than how it is produced…
…which means Google doesn’t care how the content is generated or created (like if you use AI tools) as long as the content is readable and helpful to readers (basically proofread by humans), but to address your paranoia, you can actually and easily bypass the AI Content detectors by the following method when you’re using any AI content writer:
Option 1: Using ChatGPT to Rewrite or Rephrase Your Content
Response to ChatGPT the following prompt to rewrite until it results in a better score from using the below phrase:
Please re-write this content with more variation in vocabulary to avoid the appearance that an artificial intelligence algorithm wrote it.
Option 2: Using Quillbot to Rewrite or Rephrase Your Content
If you’re getting worse results, you can run the content using Quillbot, an AI paraphrasing tool, or simply bypass Option 1 above and Fix Fake Content Score by AI Content Detector Tools using this method.
Rewrite Content Up to 95% Real Content Score
Once you get a 95% Real Content score for that paragraph, that should be all good; then, “Rinse and Repeat” to complete other paragraphs and your overall article or content.
Step 6: Using Grammarly for Better Content
Next, run your overall content to Grammarly to re-create with better tone and clarity and correct spelling errors.
Step 7: Audit Your Overall Content or Article
Finally, audit your overall content with KazanSEO to check once again for AI content detection score and, most importantly, Copyscape for plagiarism.
Step 8: Fix Content Plagiarism Score with Quillbot
If you get more than 25% plagiarism result from copyscape.com, rephrase your content using Quillbot.
Step 9: Publish Your Content
That’s it. Happy AI Blogging!
